Found bad contacts around spindle power supply and servo drive. Reactor side, too.
Current draw is approximately 5 A DC while spindle is running. Peak starting current is around 120 A DC on DC Link. Later found z-axis was full of chips.

Whachon ECO 5V 2SP 414 Servo Alarm
Found power connector for X-axis motor completely wet with coolant. Bad burnig smell spotted.

Servo Alarm S01 0023 / No Orientation only after Tapping Cycle MH-5A / Spindle Speed Loss Alarm
Found spindle speed sensor is damaged. Meanwhile servo alarm S01 0023 was fixed by tightening up loose terminals on AC reactor feeding spindle power supply. Set gap at 0.0055 inch.

ECO-2SP3 L/H X-axis Overtravel
Jumped out over travel limit circuit to get the machine out of over travel zone.
Toshiba BMC-5E ATC Magazine Unit Fault
Tool does not return to its original pocket after atc cycle. Looks like contact is bad around I/O board such as magazine encoder signal and magazine output signal for hydraulic motor. Installed restraint strap bar on the I/O rack for proper contact. Or output card relay for magazine cw is acting up or power terminal on solenoid has bad contact.

ECO 2SP3 Turret Alarm
Noticed turret skips position at #6 and found X2.3 (pos. 5) is not making. Freeded up sticky limit switch dog with WD-40. And found another terminal at X2.6 (pos, 8) is loose. Tightened it up. Normal.

When NC control is started magnetic contactor to power supply is pulled in and out without maintaining pulled-in producing "spindle amp trouble" alarm. Replaced power supply. Retaught B-axis zero position that was lost accidently.
